We joined an eight-person small group tour, and car number 7998 picked us up from the hotel on time. The car was clean and comfortable. In the morning, we visited the Yongding Tulou (Hakka earthen buildings), and the tour guide's introduction was satisfactory. There was a tea break, but we weren't asked to make any extra purchases. We chose a tour without meals included, so we ate at the restaurant that usually includes group meals, at our own expense. The prices were reasonable, and the food was quite good. In the afternoon, it rained, and the driver took us to Yunshuiyao and helped us take photos. Later, it rained heavily, but the driver carefully drove us to the hotel safely. Overall, the trip was good.

Booked on trip and had Stella from i Memory Trip, the tour operator, reach out immediately and confirm whether I knew it was Chinese-speaking tour that my family was joining. The arranged driver and two tour guides (one at Gaobei cluster and the other at the Yunshuiyao cluster) were all lovely and very accomodating. Would absolutely recommend the 1-8 Pax Chinese Group Tour as the sweet spot, as more time to spend at the sights.

The biggest highlight of my trip to Xiamen was visiting the Tulou (Hakka earthen buildings), especially Chuxi Tulou – it was definitely worth the trip! Our driver, Mr. Lin, drove incredibly smoothly and was a wonderful person! The itinerary was also perfectly arranged. There were six of us, including a 70-year-old and three children, and Mr. Lin was very considerate of us, always waiting for us along the way so we wouldn't backtrack and saving us a lot of energy! The most heartwarming thing was that we left Chuxi Village late, and Mr. Lin was the only car left in the entire parking lot. He never complained or showed any impatience – he was so considerate! A huge thank you to Mr. Lin! Thank you for your hard work! Wishing you and your family a lifetime of peace and good fortune!
