The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.

Hi! It was absolutely wonderful and informative. We saw so much on our trip. In a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, we laughed and enjoyed ourselves, heard lots of funny anecdotes, and learned about history. Exactly how a trip should be to avoid getting boring. I regretfully forgot our guide's name. That annoys me – he deserved to be mentioned. Since he's currently training to be a captain, he might even lead a tour himself someday, and I can return the favor. But the captain and his trainee were also very, very nice. If we come back to Hamburg, this trip will be our first choice. Ahoy, Heidi and Karlheinz

A super friendly bus driver and a "living" guide on board who introduced us to Hamburg in a very competent way. We first took a complete bus tour and then went back for another ride to get off at the sightseeing points. All in all, a great opportunity to get to know a city. I traveled using a Eurail pass. It was cheaper than other sites, including points redemption, so I used it. I recommend it if you travel long distances a lot. I'll definitely consider it for my next trip to Europe.
