We had a wonderful private day trip to Mt. Fuji with our guide, Mr. Long. He was professional, friendly, and an excellent communicator throughout. Mr. Long planned the itinerary well, managed our time efficiently, and provided us with attentive care at each attraction. He also shared a wealth of knowledge about Mt. Fuji and helped us find the best photo spots. The itinerary was relaxed and well-organized, and we even visited Gotemba Premium Outlets at the end. We had a fantastic time, thank you Mr. Long!★

We had really lovely tour guides - Helen & 花花 who shared interesting and informative stories about all the places we visited. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which we truly appreciated. Great trip. Simple, picked us up from hotel, bus out to the TLG, with a couple of short and simple photo or generel interest stops, then into the gorge. An hour or so for us to explore. Bought our own tickets for the escalator back up. We used our wechat account to communicate with the tour people, made it very easy. We didn't opt for the lake option because it was near our hotel. Left hotel in the morning, back by around 2/3 pm.Thanks.
