I used it when traveling to Germany, France, and Switzerland. It seems like you don't need to reserve a seat. I didn't, but I was able to sit down everywhere. This pass saved me about 20,000 yen, so I highly recommend it. Apparently, if you don't activate it before boarding, you'll be fined.

Great package to join.. the tour was awesome with the guided pompeii walking tour and marvellous positano sites.. great thanks to the tour guide, Sabina who was extra helpful by helping me change the tour to English group and Claire who’s very chatty and shared lots of info about Italy.. Nice one.. totally recommended!!

A 4-hour bus ride to spend an hour in Sorrento and an hour in Posantino. It's not specified which trip is which. I tried to select the Pompeii tour and only found out on the day of the excursion that it didn't go there, even though the title says Pompeii - Sorrento - Amalfi. The places are incredible, but it's better to travel to Naples and depart from there.


