Great visit! It's sade we couldn't do the mousson forest as the road was blocked due to landslide, however the visit was great! Maran was very nice and has shared a lot of his knowledge with us and brought us to amazing places to get food! Even went the extra mile to bring us to an amazing local place for dinner. Totally recomand!

My driver/guide for this trip was Mr. Soni Liang, who was very humorous and talkative. He enthusiastically helped optimize the itinerary according to my travel plans and arranged unique and affordable local meals. I had a very fulfilling and satisfying day in Penang! We finished our itinerary around 3 PM, and afterwards they took us to sample famous local delicacies and drinks. We also had time to experience the local ferry service and discovered that it was very convenient to easily pull our luggage to the ferry terminal and transfer to the train – super convenient! The train station is right above the ferry terminal, so we didn't need to hire a car to cross the bridge to Butterworth.
