How to use
You'll be required to contact the local operator 48 hours before the event to arrange the pickup within the area included.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 24 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 24 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- A minimum of two persons is necessary for this tour to take place
- Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Vegetarian and vegan meal options are available, please contact the local operator directly
- Remember to dress according to the weather and wear warm, wind and rainproof clothing and comfortable walking shoes
- Pick up is included within a 15 km radius of Rovaniemi only, and you'll be required to contact the local operator at least 48 hours after booking using the details on your voucher, outside the radius pick-up is available for an extra fee to be discussed when you contact if relevant
- The tour will be conducted in English, it's possible to require also a commentary for the following languages: Dutch, Finnish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese. Please check with the tour organizer for availability
