This was an amazing experience.
The pickup was prompt at the scheduled time and the driver was being warm and pleasant.
There was an issue once we got there. One of the boats they use has been damaged due to a storm and it was out of commission.
They had to reschedule me to a later time.
Since I was already there, they offered to add another experience so I wasn’t waiting for hours.
They added parasailing 🪂 for me.
That’s incredible- and it was another amazing experience that I did not expect.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them going the extra mile - doing something extra for me to make up for something that was literally out of their hands.

I strongly recommend this experience - I did both the snorkeling and the parasailing and both had top notch guides and both were once in a lifetime experiences
The staff is incredible they made this experience memorable and special for me

Did the all inclusive Solo Trip and my experience was mixed. The Guides, driver, people you meet are super nice. The snorkeling wirh the Mantas was awesome, that’s for sure. However, there is a lot of waiting involved between the activities and snorkeling in rough seas I would only recommend to good swimmers, even though life jacket is provided. Also the journey back to Sanur with the ferry was quite rough due to high sea and swell, lot of sick people in the fast ferry. From my point of view the Mantas are worth it.Trip.com Picks
