The initial reaction was chaos when we got to the office. Only one lady seemed to know what she was doing and the stress on her was horrible. She handled it well if not abruptly. We didn’t really know what we were supposed to be doing. Once we finally got to a bus things improved.★

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.★

There's no need to buy in advance. But it's convenient for us to buy with a Mir card. Ferries leave half-empty even on peak days, so if you arrive early, you might be transferred to an earlier one.★
