Excellent experience, worth every penny! Our tour guide was Gabe and he was exceptional!! We had a blast, we took the afternoon tour, and since we were only 8 people (my family of four, and a Japanese family of four) Gabe took us in a very comfortable van, and it was beyond my expectations. He was very knowledgeable, and we did the geopark first, then shifen waterfalls and street, and Jiufen old street, the. The Rouhe night market, excellent decision, I would recommend this to any of my friends!

Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!

Driver Han was professional and did a good job taking care of us. He arranged the itinerary such that we can minimise wait time and avoid the crowd. He gave good tips for each attraction and helped to take photos as well.

My brother and I booked this tour and felt like we had an amazing full experience of hualien’s surroundings. Not only was it luxurious and relaxing, our tour guide Mr Chen was also fantastic. Although it’s unfortunate Taroko was so badly affected by the earthquake last year, I still felt like we got to see as much as we could off the trails and had a great day!

It was a very fulfilling trip, and the scenery of Alishan was stunning. I'm very grateful to our tour guide, Chen Jihong (Ji Ge), for his humorous and engaging explanations throughout the trip and for taking photos for everyone along the way. His thoughtful service was truly rewarding! I highly recommend anyone from mainland China to hire a car with Ji Ge; he's a very comfortable guide.

We booked the tour to depart from Kaohsiung - it’s a long drive to and from Alishan! I would recommend Taichung or Chiayi if you don’t like long car rides. Tour guide Stella was very funny and able to communicate well in English with our group of 8 (Vietnamese/Chinese/Australians). Stella was welcoming and controlled the speed of travel well. She was considerate of the girls who felt sick in the car and pointed out good photo spots for those who wants cute pics. I was more keen on the history and walking around Alishan, but this tour doesn’t give you a lot of time to enjoy the area, and also only covers a small area of Alishan. It’s like a taste-test! Alishan is worth coming back to in the future!


