I went on a trip to Vietnam with my parents and kids. I bought it without any expectations, thinking it would be even a little helpful, but it exceeded my expectations. ㅎㅎ I didn't know the line for Vietnam immigration would be that long! Thanks to the guidance of the staff member, I was able to pass through with ease. If I had waited with my parents and kids without buying this... I think it would have been difficult just thinking about it^^;

I was on the fence when I booked it, but when I saw the immigration and security lines snaking, I was so glad I booked this service. The comms and instructions are clear and well worth every penny! I highly recommend this as Vietnam airports can get quite busy.
