Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍★

Was supposed to go to Glacier 3000 but last minute cancellation brought me to the Chamonix tour. Road the lift to the top of the ski mountain, had a beer and donut at the top! Then lunch in town before visiting the glacier via the cable car. The glacier was closed and could see from a distance. Really cool experience as VA looks nothing like this!★

My wife and I were excited to make this trip. The bus was comfy, the tour guide was easy to understand (English tour) and provided great ideas and insights for how to spend our time in the towns. I only wish we had more time! Well worth the money per person for a 1st timer wanting to see alot.★

I had my trip canceled from Mt Eiger, then it was offered to me Mt Titlis. I believe the change was worth it. The guide was very nice and he really knew a lot about the places. The transportation was very good and also the group that was with us. I highly recommend this tour to anyone and I would do it again!
