If you choose the Hinchinbrook Explorer cruise at 10 AM/1:30 PM, please board at Dock C, d'Albora Marina, Teramby Road, Nelson Bay.

If you choose the 11 AM/2 PM MV Spirit cruise, please board at Wharf 1, Cruise Passenger Terminal, 40 Victoria Pde, Nelson Bay.

If you choose the 11:00 AM/1:30 PM time slot, the cruise may also be the MV Osprey. Please board at Dock C, d'Albora Marina, Teramby Rd, Nelson Bay.

How to use

1. After successful booking, we will send an electronic confirmation to your email. On the day of the activity, please go to the departure point and present the electronic confirmation to redeem your ticket for the activity.

2. If you choose the Hinchinbrook Explorer cruise at 10 AM or 1:30 PM, please board at Dock C, d'Albora Marina, Teramby Road, Nelson Bay.

If you choose the MV Spirit cruise at 11 AM or 2 PM, please board at Wharf 1, Cruise Passenger Terminal, 40 Victoria Pde, Nelson Bay.

If you choose the 11:00 AM or 1:30 PM time slot, the cruise may also be on the MV Osprey. Please board at Dock C, d'Albora Marina, Teramby Rd, Nelson Bay.

3. The boarding time is 15 minutes before departure. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before departure.

4. [Note] The boarding location may change. After booking, you'll receive a voucher and a confirmation email from the cruise company (which will show your boarding location and instructions). Please check your email carefully. If you don't receive the confirmation email from the cruise company, you must contact us during business hours (7:00 AM–6:00 PM Beijing Time) no later than one day before departure.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 6 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Smoking is prohibited on the cruise.

Based on personal circumstances, we recommend consulting a pharmacist to purchase motion sickness medication in advance, taking it before boarding, and eating light meals prior to embarkation.

If your selected departure time slot is sold out, we will recommend alternative time slots or dates.

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before departure. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.

Please note that dolphins and whales are wild animals, and we cannot guarantee sightings. Our commitment is to provide a great experience while ensuring the safety of both passengers and wildlife. If dolphins or whales are not spotted on the day, no refund will be issued.

It is recommended to bring swimwear, towels, a sun hat, sunscreen, and a camera. If you plan to purchase drinks on board, please bring a credit card or cash.

Passengers are not allowed to bring their own alcoholic drinks on board.

If you don't see any whales on your cruise day, you will receive a free return voucher issued as a backup. The return voucher is only valid for the person specified on the voucher and is non-transferable. We understand that sometimes passengers may not be able to use the return voucher to join another whale watching cruise for various reasons, but we will do our best to spot whales or dolphins. We apologize that no refund will be provided.
