I purchased a Eurail pass because it is cheaper than buying individual tickets, especially when I have to take long-distance train journeys multiple times. Furthermore, with delays on European trains—particularly long-distance ones—being severe these days, even if you have reserved a seat, you may find yourself having to take different trains along the way. In such situations, the unrestricted Eurail pass has been a great help.★

Great fun. Our guide was Tommy Terror and he was excellent and engaging and told us about ghosts and murderers around the route. There were some fun happenings on the screen we were watching and we got off for ten minutes at St Cuthbert graveyard and church. Definitely recommend this. Lasted just over an hourTrip.com picks
