I was extremely satisfied with my Hakone trip! The weather was fantastic throughout, the scenery was beautiful, and I even got to try black eggs. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing ample time at most attractions without feeling rushed. The tour guide was very enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous; his explanations were engaging, and his service was exceptionally attentive. Highly recommended!★

David was polite, knew his way around and always accommodated our requests. He was also punctual which is always important whilst travelling since we were wanting to do as many activities as possible in very little time. It's overall value for money.★

Great experience with this tour. It was a fun and enjoyable day with a very unique itinerary. It's worth every single penny. Our tour guide Miss Wanting is very professional, smart, informative, dedicate and extremely helpful. She speaks fluent English, Chinese, Japanese, and French. She is a hidden gem. I would love to rebook this tour again if I have a chance.
