Great tour with an amazing tour guide, Ria. She was very knowledgeable and provided very good information about the places we visited. She was also very entertaining as she provided some history and talked about Japanese habits which made for a pleasant experience. The bus was spacious and clean! 👏 The tour guide's pick-up and drop-off schedule was well-planned, avoiding peak tourist seasons. 👌 The tour guide was handsome! 👍 He provided bilingual (Chinese and English) commentary and was witty and humorous. 👍 The weather was great today, and Mount Fuji looked fantastic in the photos! 👊 Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, and Arakura Mountain Park are must-see attractions! 👏★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

Our Mount Fuji tour was absolutely fantastic! We stopped at several scenic locations, each offering amazing photo opportunities. Eason, our guide, was outstanding knowledgeable, friendly, and a great storyteller. He made the whole experience feel seamless and truly memorable. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
