We were picked up and dropped off by bus from Taipei Station, which made it very easy to get there. Before we left, the tour guide kindly recommended some shops and roads, even made reservations for teahouses, and gave us a map with all the information. It was a short trip, but it was a very worthwhile experience.

The driver was nice, drove very carefully and was attentive. He spoke English and Chinese well. We recommend other travelers to read up on the different destinations in advance since the driver did not seem aware of the different tours that are shown in the booking description. Overall a good experience.
