Mandy gave us a day trip around downtown Los Angeles. ☺️ I was initially hesitant about booking a private car service through Ctrip, but after spending the whole day with Mandy, all my worries disappeared. 🥺🙂😍 She's not only beautiful and kind-hearted, but also professional, meticulous, and responsible, always putting the needs of her guests first, making us feel like friends and at home. Having been to Normandy(Omaha and Utah beaches), this was a great experience. There is more than a day's time if you are a WWII buff or enthusiast. Both my son and I have read a ton of books about WWII and other major wars. The holocaust area was extremely well done and emotional. We did see things we had not seen in Normandy and the museums there. The restoration of artifacts was really great with some incredible detail of original pieces. I wish could have come back for another 1/2 of date even after spending 6 hours there.

The captain did an excellent job of giving history of the river and the happenings that took place. The libations and snacks were very good and reasonably priced. Would recommend this tour to family and friends.

Royale was the most incredible, informative, animated and attentive tour guide I think I’ve ever had. There were children in our group and she didn’t bat an eye while facilitating an impromptu format change for the young ears. Everyone in our group loved her tour. We felt safe and well cared for.
