How to use

Once tickets are issued, any unused services cannot be changed, refunded, cancelled, or transferred.

Whether a ticket booking is successful or not is unrelated to the booking time. If the booking date is sold out, a full refund will be issued.

Please be aware that once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and non-changeable, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever.

Change & cancellation policies

Important note

Each adult aged 18 or above can bring one child aged 3 or under on the tour free of charge. Children will not be provided with a seat on the bus/bed in a hotel/meals. If you require these services, please purchase a tour ticket for the child. Please inform us in advance if you need to bring a child under 3 years old.
Each guest aged 3 or above can bring one piece of luggage free of charge for this trip. Please inform us of the number of luggage items when registering. Our company will not be responsible for any luggage items that cannot be brought on board due to failure to inform us in advance.
The above itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred will be borne by the order holder.

If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.
Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. We apologize for any delays or cancellations caused by the aforementioned factors or other force majeure events, and no refunds will be provided on such grounds.

During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property security. If you do not heed the advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.
In the event of severe weather or other force majeure events, the park may delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or may even cancel the operation of some rides and shows.
