The day trip was very well organized. The driver was good in urban traffic, motorway, land road. The roundabout by Erice was explained that the taste of the famous "Dolce" with stay was well measured in time. The holding in the area of salt extraction between Trapani and Marsala was also well measured. The food was held on a vineyard with an explanation of what, where it is grown, not only down Marsala level, also up in the mountains, therefore also taste of s. wein.
