Reviews: Vatican: Early Entry to Museums, Sistine Chapel & St Peter's

Cinzia, our guide, was excellent: full of amazing insights whilst shepherding around the museum / the inevitable other visitors effortlessly. We visited on a Wednesday, so the church was shut in the morning (for the weekly Papal audience: one for people to bear in mind) but the extra time spent in the museum and grounds was well worth it.

The reception desk was helpful and pleasant. However, there was a problem with the tourist bus; ticket exchanges were never carried out on the bus. The driver and staff seemed stressed. The bus stop was chaotic and the route wasn't followed, hence the discrepancies in the comments.
