Reviews: Etna Wine Tasting & Sicilian Lunch –Small Group Tour from Catania

The whole experience was fantastic! Great tour and excellent guides. A must tour while in the Etna wine region.
Reviews: Underground Catania
Guest User2024-10-09
This was a terrific tour - both under as well as above ground. Catania is a place where much of its history (due to earthquakes and volcanic eruption) lies beneath street level. Matilde is a delightful guide, sharing her love of the past with a view to the present. She showed us places we would have never found or even thought to seek out. Plus an entertaining commentary on present-day Catania made for an enjoyable and informative morning. Be sure to include it on your Sicily itinerary.
Reviews: Palermo: Pizza and Gelato Cooking Class with Dinner and Wine

Highly recommend these cooking lessons! There were four of us attending and everything was explained so clearly and thoroughly. Even my mum, whose English isn’t the strongest, understood absolutely everything without any trouble. That really says it all. Lidia and Marcello are absolutely wonderful – warm, patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. We picked up so many useful tips that we’ll actually use at home (not just the fancy-chef kind you forget the next day!). If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. It’s such a brilliant experience from start to finish.
Reviews: Palermo: Half-Day Cooking Class & Market Tour
Guest User2026-02-21
A fabulous opportunity to immerse yourself in authentic Sicilian cuisine, learning the island’s most beloved dishes through the shared wisdom and traditions of three generations. Enjoy the backdrop and comfort of their personal home and kitchen after visiting the local market to find the most vibrant colors and smells. A truly magical experience not to be missed-you come as strangers and leave as friends.
Reviews: Catania: Sail Cyclops Coast by Boat and Enjoy a Sicilian Aperitif
Guest User2025-09-21
This was a very scenic trip up the coast from Catania. Our captain seemed very experienced, and the boat was well-maintained. Our guide was knowledgeable and very helpful when a few of us started to feel sea sick. Unfortunately I was too sick to stay on the boat for the rest of the trip, but they were very kind about helping me find a small boat to take to shore. If you have a more solid stomach than mine, I'd definitely recommend this tour! Just be prepared for some large rolling waves.
