吴师傅 contacted us a day before to confirm our itinerary and timing. He also help to secure the chairlift ticket in advance. On the day, he arrived early at the pick-up location and patiently waited for us to visit the places of interest. Overall experience is excellent and recommended to book especially for big groups of families with kids. It really is easier and save your time from all the walking and waiting from the public transport.★

The itinerary was very well-planned, and since it was booked at the last minute, I was worried about finding a spot. The day trip was very convenient; I didn't need to transfer public transportation myself, and we just met at the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station. Fortunately, Mount Fuji cooperated perfectly that day.
