Excellent service! The manager was always available, telling me what time and where to be, and checking in on everything. The bus is comfortable: the seat reclines fully, there's a blanket, pillows, water, cookies, and wet wipes. The restroom is clean. I didn't like that the driver made frequent personal stops and played loud music, which interfered with my sleep. Otherwise, it's a very convenient way to travel.

Awesome and spectacular tour! Even though it was only have a day, I saw more to the city when I first arrived a week ago! Ms Lan Vi, our local tour guide spoke perfect English and explained in detail the history of this marvellous city! She was very good at her job! The best experience, would definitely come back again!
