Reviews: Istanbul: Topkapi Palace Guided Tour
Guest User2025-10-06
There was no guide at the meeting time. I called the contact number but got no response. Finally, they contacted me; the guide arrived shortly afterward but took us to a restaurant where we had to wait for the rest of the group to finish lunch. The tour started 25 minutes later... The guide was very good and professional. It's a shame the tour was a bit quick and we didn't see every part of the palace, but what we saw was very interesting. It would be ideal to allow a little more time.

Our Japanese guide, Basak, guided us around Istanbul in a very comfortable environment! He showed us around popular tourist spots, avoiding the crowds, and also gave us detailed information about affordable souvenir shops and how to use public transportation, which was very helpful! I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Istanbul from Japan!
Reviews: Istanbul Bosphorus: 3-Hour Day Cruise's with Asian Side Stop

The itinerary was excellent, with easy access to the pier and a panoramic view of Europe and Asia. The pier is a 10-20 minute walk away, and taxis are readily available. The surrounding area is a vibrant and luxurious district. From the ship's rooftop, you can see the sea and various birds. Although it was only three hours, the diverse architecture was breathtaking. I'm grateful to the world's capital; it was an unforgettable experience. This tour offered excellent value for money, and you could experience it both during the day and at night. The New Europe and Asian sections are relatively safe. Thank you to the captain, crew, hotel staff, and security personnel; everyone was very kind. Turkey truly is a wonderful place to visit.

Love it. Easy to get to the meeting point. The scenery was breathtaking. But dont forget to bring your coat/puffer if you visiting on winter, because 3 hours is quite long. It will getting colder near and after sunset and also windy.
Reviews: Bursa & Uludag Mountain from Istanbul W/ Pickup&Lunch Optional Cable Car -Teleferik Ticket

A fairly standard trip. Having spent too much time in Istanbul and nowhere to go, I decided to try this tour. The driver picked me up from the hotel around 8 AM and didn't arrive back until 11 PM, a very long time – basically half the day was spent in the car. The first stop was a motocross ride near Yalova (optional, at your own expense). If you didn't ride, you'd just have to wait there; there was no scenery to speak of. The second stop was a candy shop – ridiculously expensive, we only stayed for an hour. The third stop was a visit to a large tree – another standard attraction, offering a panoramic view of Bursa. The fourth stop was lunch. The fifth stop was a mountaintop ride with a cable car (optional, not included in the tour price). If you didn't ride, you'd just have to wait there. The sixth stop was a cable car ride from the top of the mountain to the bottom (included in the tour price), the scenery was quite nice. The seventh stop was visiting two churches in Bursa, and then we returned to Istanbul, concluding the trip. Overall, there aren't any particularly special sights, especially since the entire day is essentially a bus tour if you don't participate in the optional excursions. The biggest highlight is the cable car ride down the mountain at the end. I wouldn't recommend making a special trip for it; it's only suitable for people like me who have been in Istanbul for too long and have nowhere else to go. Also, if you do choose to participate, be sure to bring your own food. The tour only provides lunch around 3 PM; from 8 AM to 11 PM, you'll have to fend for yourself, as prices at the tourist attractions are shockingly high. Personally, I still really enjoyed it because I'd never seen snow before, and the snow-covered scenery on the mountain was absolutely stunning.
