Reviews: 1-day private charter tour to 11 popular attractions in Kuala Lumpur city and Batu Caves

Our tour guide, Tu, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable – a huge thumbs up! He was also super nice and patient throughout the entire trip. We had a private car for two people, and Tu's explanations were exceptionally detailed. At each attraction, he not only recounted historical stories but also interspersed many interesting local customs, ensuring we didn't just rush through the sights but truly understand them. More importantly, our guide also acted as our "photographer," possessing top-notch photography skills, knowing exactly which angles yielded the best shots, and even proactively taking group photos for us without rushing us. This day trip was a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

They send a group chat a day in advance to inform you of all the details. The service from customer service to the driver is excellent and attentive. The driver arrives earlier than agreed, the itinerary is well-planned, communication in Chinese is smooth, and he's very enthusiastic. He takes photos at each location and posts them in the group chat, so safety is very reliable and reassuring. Along the way, he also introduces Malaysian culture and recommends local specialties, and the price is affordable – excellent service. It's very convenient and hassle-free for independent travelers abroad. I will definitely choose this service again if I have the opportunity to travel abroad again. Highly recommended.

Because of limited time, I booked a private car through Trip.com, hiring a guide (who also served as a driver) to give me a quick tour of Malaysia. I'm very grateful to driver Xiaoqiang, who explained the history of many attractions and local culture during the trip. He also got off at each site with me and was very helpful in taking photos. I'm truly thankful. If you're too lazy to walk or transfer between different modes of transport, hiring a private car is a great experience, especially in hot Malaysia. Being able to immediately enjoy air conditioning after visiting the sights is fantastic!

This was a purely introductory tour; if you want to ride the rides, you'll definitely need more time. The park is located high up (level 5), so you'll need a lot of time for the cunifiler, and then you have to take the escalators down to the Chinese Temple (level 3). The outlet (level 2) isn't very large, but it will still take time. It was cloudy, so we couldn't admire the beauty of the mountains. Plan on more time for the temple if you want to go up there; there's no elevator. On the same level, you have to walk a bit, and there's a Buddha statue. I really enjoyed the trip. On the way, we stopped at the Batu Caves, where there's a Hindu temple. It was hot going up, but it's worth seeing once. The stairs smelled strongly (probably from monkey droppings), and I felt a bit nauseous, and the altitude made me dizzy. It's nice that the stairs aren't all uphill, with some rest areas. I didn't count the steps; the guide said there were 272. The toilet downstairs costs 0.50 rubles in cash. Those with cards were a bit taken aback. I personally paid for a tourist's toilet.

Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was lovely and wonderful! There were more places to eat than we expected, and fresh coconuts were available for purchase. The mountain road was a bit bumpy, but that was unavoidable given the environment. There was also a free farm where we could feed the animals, which were very cute. The staff on the boats to see the monkeys and fireflies were all very cheerful. It was a very worthwhile trip!
