No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.★

There is also a Chinese meal, although the options are limited but surprisingly delicious 😂 The driver will pick up everyone and find people. I was not happy that my group was late for the Chinese University, but I felt great when the activities started! It feels like the people in the park really love elephants, and the elephants inside are all tame and cute★

Everything was great, except for the pickup and drop-off. Because our hotel was a kilometer from the Old Town, we had to leave at 7 a.m. to go to another location, which was problematic. Otherwise, the tour was good.★

The tour guide was amazing and took his time to explain the journey to us. Gave us best area for pictures. Excellent driving and full air conditioning. The food was great and delicious.
