1. This product requires a minimum of 2 travelers to form a group with the same price for all visitors. Please place your order according to the actual number of travelers to avoid unnecessary inconvenience on-site.
The guide will contact you 30 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled time slot. The guide will lead you on a walking tour to the Orange Isle cruise pier. After the guided tour concludes, you are free to continue exploring on your own.
3. To ensure smooth entry, please provide the correct first name, last name, mobile number, and ID information when booking. Please bring the valid ID used for booking during your visit. No refunds will be issued if entry/usage is denied due to personal reasons. Please consider carefully before purchasing if this is a concern.
After booking, a staff member will contact you by phone to confirm your travel details and time slot. Please keep your phone accessible. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you miss the guide due to personal tardiness.
5. Orange Isle is a free attraction that requires reservations for entry, with only one reservation allowed per day. If you have already made a reservation yourself, our staff will not be able to make another reservation for you (the attraction's system does not allow duplicate reservations under the same ID). Please note that this does not involve any refund for your booking. If this is a concern, please consider carefully before purchasing.
6. This product requires queuing. The service begins once the guide meets you, with a non-guided tour duration of 90 min (the itinerary starts from the meeting point and ends at Orange Isle Cruise Pier Station). If you do not proceed with the guide, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of service, and you may return on your own.
