1. Nighttime fee explanation: The normal price applies during the normal vehicle rental duration of 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. A nighttime service fee of ¥100 will be charged for rentals between 5:00 AM–7:00 AM and 10:00 PM–12:00 AM. A nighttime service fee of ¥200 will be charged for rentals between 12:00 AM–5:00 AM.

2. Explanation of excess wait time fees: If waiting exceeds 30 minutes from the scheduled time, an excess wait time fee will be charged. If it exceeds 30 minutes, it will be calculated as 1 hour, with a minimum charge of CNY 200. If it exceeds 1 hour, it will be charged as 2 hours. The specific fees are subject to customer support notification.

3. Schedule notice for changing travel time: If you need to change the pickup/drop-off time, please inform customer support 3 hours in advance. If not informed in advance, temporary adjustments will be subject to normal charges.

4. Vehicle cleaning fee explanation: If the vehicle is damaged, soiled by food, or due to vomiting, a cleaning fee must be paid to the driver. The specific fee will depend on the situation. If you get motion sickness, it's recommended to take motion sickness medication in advance.

5. Prices may fluctuate during holidays and major events. For details, please contact customer support.

6. Pregnant women from mainland China are prohibited from entering Hong Kong. If a passenger is pregnant, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the driver may refuse service, and the fare will not be refunded. All issues arising from this will be borne by the passenger.

7. Customers who are moving, carrying cargo, or have a large amount of luggage should inform customer support in advance.

8. If you booked a private charter, it will be charged hourly. If the vehicle rental duration has been confirmed and the driver arrives on time, but the traveler fails to depart at the agreed-upon time due to their own reasons, the vehicle rental duration will still begin at the agreed-upon time. We appreciate your understanding. (Our staff will reconfirm your pick-up time the day before your trip. If you need to adjust the vehicle rental duration, please inform customer support at least three hours in advance.)

9. As the product involves transportation services in Macau/Hong Kong, if passengers are unable to cross the border to Macau/Hong Kong due to issues with their Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau or visa on the travel day, the transportation fee for that day is non-refundable and non-changeable (please ensure you have checked and brought all required documents for crossing the Macau/Hong Kong border). If delays occur at the border due to customs inspection of passengers' IDs or luggage (containing prohibited items), a waiting fee of CNY 300 per hour will be charged, with any duration under 30 minutes counted as one full hour. If border crossing is denied due to document issues, the full transportation fee will still be charged.
