We booked a day before going to Hong Kong from Shenzen. Once booked the confirmation came through fast. The next day the shuttle service contracted us through WeChat and all the information was sent to us to make sure we are ready. Location, vehicle information, and time for pickup. It was very smooth setup. The driver was there on time and even took pictures of the location for us to show up. He helped us move in the luggage and we were on the way. The drive to Hong Kong from Shenzhen was smooth and took us less than about 1 hour door to door. Excellent service and I would do it again.

I bought the FunPASS beforehand, and used it directly according to my itinerary after arriving in Hong Kong, saving a lot of time. There are many attractions to choose from, allowing me to plan my trip according to my interests without having to buy tickets for each place. Using it is also very simple; just show the QR code for entry, and I didn't encounter any problems. If you plan to visit several attractions in a day, I think this pass is really convenient and feels more cost-effective than buying individual tickets. I would definitely consider buying it again next time.
