Pick-up/drop-off and meeting/dispersal points
1. Hotel Transfer: Provides transfer service from designated hotels. If your accommodation is not listed, please select the nearest pick-up & drop-off point to meet. Transfer Time: The transfer service begins up to 20 min before the departure time. Please wait outside the hotel in advance to ensure a smooth start. Location Adjustment: Daily pick-up & drop-off points may vary slightly due to itinerary arrangements. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes. Punctuality Reminder: The guide will stop at multiple pick-up & drop-off points, and arrival times may vary within 10 min. We recommend being ready 5-10 min early, as the tour cannot wait for late guests.

Booking Information
- Not suitable for: Individuals with back conditions, heart disease, or other serious illnesses. Those with mobility impairments or wheelchair users (some sections have uneven terrain).
- Children aged 7 and under must use a child safety seat. If you don't bring your own, you can request one for free by applying 24 hrs in advance.
- Physical requirements: Moderate fitness level required (includes moderate walking, such as the Hooker Valley Track hike).
- Strollers are permitted (not applicable for wheelchairs).
- There are no restrooms on board, and rest stops will be arranged along the way.
- The tour operates year-round, so dress appropriately according to the weather.
- The scenic flight program operates independently and is entirely weather-dependent, with possible last-minute adjustments or cancellations.
- Segmented guided tour: The latter part of the itinerary (from Mount Cook to Christchurch) is provided by our partner Cheeky Kea as a guided tour service.
- Small group with a maximum of 15 people to ensure a flexible experience.
