It was a wonderful experience. The first time I booked the excursion through Trip.com, and I wasn't wrong. Excellent service, we had a driver/guide Madia for the whole day, plus he was a great photographer, he took lots of beautiful photos. I can say it was a complete photo shoot. I wholeheartedly recommend taking this type of excursion, in one day you'll see so many fascinating places.

A wonderful tour, perfectly planned – plantations and a temple, lunch and waterfalls. The guide, John, was very polite, explained the main points and didn't rush us. It's convenient that everything is included – tickets, food, coffee. The tasting wasn't great – the chemical powder got in the way.

Our driver was Mr. Ace. We had a good time during the driving, very entertaining. We went to some places we were interested and also he was able to provide some suggestions. They were really good. We stopped by one Coffee place that was great. We could see the process, try lots of teas and coffees and even pet a Luwak. It's really worth your investment, we did also Tanah Lot

A one-day tour with Mr. Zheng He, who drives for us, is better than a year of independent travel. Our itinerary in Ubud was arranged and led by Mr. Wayan Zheng He. He was very talkative, sharing a lot about local Balinese culture and recommending many restaurants. Also, when we were caught in a sudden downpour at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Tirta Empul Temple, Mr. Zheng He personally brought us umbrellas. This trip was perfect, and we are very grateful to Mr. Zheng He for his company for the entire day!


