Such a great way to get to know historical places from Quito, I’m born in Quito and left the country when I was a kid and I felt amazed by the beauty of our country The persons that guides you true the tour were very knowledgeable and they speak both Spanish an English I will definitely recommend this tour and most of all I’m doing it again! Thank you

Luís was my guide and he was very attentive, sharing knowledge of the historic district and the gastronomy of Quito. I thoroughly enjoyed the hours we spent together and I learnt a lot about the historic area and had many tastings!

Our guide for the day was Christian. He was AWESOME! He provided us with so much information about their history, volcanoes, cultures, etc. The zip lining was way more than expected. There were 10 lines and they were so accommodating when I was slow climbing to the next one. The chocolate tour is a must as well. You get to experience so many things from preparing to tasting and even a chocolate mask! And of course the butterfly and hummingbird farms put such a smile on my face. Getting to have them land on you and see them up close was unbelievable. Everyone should try and do this tour and hope you get Christian as your guide!
Reviews: Cooking Class in Quito with Chef, Market Tour and Transportation
Guest User2025-10-04
The cooking class was great. Two very warm and friendly chefs teach the class. We are so much food we had to skip dinner. The recipes were easily followed and we will recreate them at home. We all felt like we got the "bums rush" during the market tour. We were picked up late at our hotel and the the tour leader Andres was rushing to another tour. If not for that It would be a five star review but we felt short changed on the market tour

Reviews: Quito: Middle of the World and Volcano Tour

We really enjoyed our tour with our guide, Andrés. His knowledge about Quito and Ecuadorian culture was fascinating. Whenever we had a question, he had no problem answering it. The tour went smoothly. I highly recommend booking this trip. Mitad del Mundo is beautiful with great scenery, and Pululahua is just breathtaking. I just want to mention one minor issue: we booked the trip for 11 AM, but they wanted to start earlier. While we didn't have a problem with it, I felt the company didn't start with a good impression.
