The driver and leader Thomas was very responsible. He emailed us two days in advance to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:00 in the morning and asked if we needed to prepare lunch boxes. The car arrived 5 minutes in advance on the day of departure. A van full of eight of our tourists arrived at the destination smoothly. Thomas handed us over to the English guide at Auschwitz and told us to go to the bathroom first, where there are fewer people, and then we followed the tour guide to the attraction. Set aside 15 minutes at noon, everyone returns to the car to eat, and then continue to visit the second camp. For people who like history, this is a visit with a deep experience.  The return trip was also very smooth, and it was sent directly back to the hotel. ★

The chartered car service was fantastic! We were especially satisfied with the door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient for us. Our itinerary, which started early, didn't have to be interrupted at all! 😁 The visit to the concentration camp went very smoothly, ending in the afternoon! Tomas drove exceptionally well and smoothly, and the drivers who provided the pick-up and drop-off service were all very friendly and welcoming! The only minor drawback was that the guide's explanations at the concentration camp could have been more detailed. It was a very impactful and serious occasion, and we hoped that the explanations wouldn't have been rushed due to the crowds!Trip.com Picks
