Carlos provided excellent service; he was on time and waiting for us with a sign bearing my name. He took care of the luggage, offered us a bottle of water, and drove safely without jostling us. The vehicle was clean and had no unpleasant odors. We will definitely use his services a few times during our stay.★

Loved this trip. The whole team was responsive and helpful. The tour was well planned. All the stops were interesting and I learned a lot from our guide Humberto. He was fantastic and he and our driver worked well as a team. Humberto gave guidance in Spanish and English seamlessly. He answered all our questions patiently and completely. He did a good job explaining stuff during the bus ride to Puebla. Be sure to sit up front if you want to catch every word. Overall, I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend some time in beautiful colonial Puebla and at the awesome Cholula.
