Reviews: Northern Phu Quoc Island kayaking experience + Starfish Beach + Forest Park + Bee Farm 1-day tour

The tour was wonderful. Everything was as described, except for the fact that we lingered a bit longer on the beach. The bee farm was absolutely fantastic, I definitely recommend it. The guide was very funny and told a ton of interesting stories. The buses were comfortable, apparently air-conditioned, and they even gave out free water.

Thank you! What a lovely trip! We stayed in Sunset Town. When we told the organizers, they immediately sent us the location. We didn't need a transfer—it was only a 10-minute walk from the house to the boat. We left on time. The first island was good for a photo shoot, it's picturesque, but there's little swimming there, and we had plenty of time—before lunch. Overall, we enjoyed lunch: delicious fish, shrimp, soup, and iced tea. I can't rate the oysters; I generally don't like the way the Vietnamese cook them. There was enough food for everyone. There was a vegetarian lunch option for those with seafood allergies, but no one in our group chose it. The next stop, the guys offered a Sea Walk—a stroll along the coral reefs in a special diving suit—but no one was tempted either. At this same stop, you need to change for swimming. Next, there's snorkeling. We really enjoyed it! Maybe because we didn't have high expectations. A small but nice reef, colorful corals, fish, and plenty of time. Then a break, and then it's back home.
Reviews: [Red River Tours] Enjoying Sunset & Night Squid Fishing

It was a great experience. Although I didn't catch any octopus myself, I was still very happy to see other group members do. We were staying in central Taipei, and the tour guide picked us up and then headed south, taking us to Sao Beach Pier for about an hour. Our group consisted of about 40 people, but we were on a larger three-decker fishing boat, so we didn't feel crowded at all. Our guide was very friendly—a very enthusiastic, helpful, and humorous young man. The meal was a simple one, filling but not necessarily perfect. It's recommended to eat well before departure or bring some snacks on board to enjoy the sunset. It was a truly blissful experience. Finally, regarding clothing, wear shorts, flip-flops, or water shoes. The fishing boats don't dock at the pier; you need to take a small boat from shore to board. If the waves are strong, you'll likely be soaked up to your knees. The tour departed at 4:15 pm and arrived back at our central Taipei hotel after 10 pm. Overall, it was excellent value for money!
Reviews: Phu Quoc Island Big Boat 3-Island Day Tour with Snorkeling + Water Slide + Lunch + Beach + Optional Chinese-Speaking Group

We went with two children, ages 6 and 3. We all really enjoyed the tour, stopping twice to watch fish for 45 minutes each. The boat was comfortable, and you slowly float along, admiring the sea. We spent an hour and a half on the island; the water was clear, and there were lots of crabs and fish. The lunch was also good: mild soup, salads, tofu, watermelon, chicken, and shrimp. Drinks are at your own expense, or bring your own! I highly recommend it 👍
