It snowed with grade 4 wind. Visibility is poor even at Erdaobaihe. Hence all activities at Changbaishan are closed. Out of 10 activities only the Rime rafting and 1172 event can be fulfilled. The travel agent couldn't find enough experienced driver for us. We had the replacement driver who knows almost nothing of the attractions. I am glad I asked for suggestions of other activities, the driver is helpful and pleasing, he contacted the travel agent and recommended a few other activities for us, such as the ATV ride in the snow forrest, flying ride to view the Changbaishan and others as well. Of all, we really enjoyed the Rime rafting, our favourite, and ATV ride. Thank you for the doing your best. We received the agreed refund as detailed in the itinerary through Trip.com. I feel that Changbaishan is better view in Spring or Summer. Winter stands lesser chance due to the weather. With >Grade 3 wind speed, the Heaven Lake is closed. Other activities nearby are worth the trip.★

This day trip to Mount Emei and the Leshan Giant Buddha was excellent. Our tour guide was attentive and responsible throughout, providing clear and thoughtful explanations and taking care of everyone's needs.
The itinerary was exceptionally well-planned, with a perfect pace, allowing us to fully enjoy both attractions without feeling rushed.
It was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable trip, allowing us to appreciate beautiful scenery, experience local culture, and relax comfortably.★

A truly excellent tour guide! To be honest, I encountered many scams along the way in western Hunan, but I guess the tourist attractions have no choice but to tolerate them. However, today I met a breath of fresh air – our guide, Achong. He's very genuine, speaks his mind, never complains, doesn't try to sell anything, and doesn't push sales. He dedicated himself to explaining the history, culture, and attractions throughout the trip. He hasn't been in this profession for very long, and I hope he stays true to his original aspirations, helping more people appreciate the beautiful scenery and the local customs. Keep it up!★

I've been to many places and had many tour leaders, but this trip with our Ctrip driver exceeded my expectations!
Driving on winding mountain roads, his driving skills were safe and reassuring: the ride was very smooth throughout, making me feel particularly secure. The driver was extremely familiar with the route, saving me a lot of time.
His preparations were exceptional; he knew the road conditions and weather inside and out, ensuring the smooth running of our trip. Throughout the journey, he constantly monitored our physical condition, carefully inquiring about whether we experienced motion sickness or altitude sickness, ensuring our comfort.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable: the interior was spotless and odorless, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, providing us with a comfortable resting environment.
In short, he was also very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture, adding much enjoyment and knowledge to our trip. Such a professional and considerate driver made our trip even more perfect. I sincerely thank him for his efforts and look forward to traveling with him again next time! It was a fantastic experience! We only decided to join a tour to Tiger Leaping Gorge the next day around 9 PM, but after calling the platform, Manager Yin immediately arranged our itinerary and added Baishuitai and Haba Snow Mountain to the itinerary. Our local guide, Gerong, was Tibetan and not only enthusiastically introduced the sights but also shared many traditional Tibetan stories – excellent service! We hope to come again, as Gerong recommended visiting in summer when the weather is cooler and the scenery is even more beautiful.
