Experience is great At 2:45 in the morning, the driver came to the hotel to pick up and drop off to Rowena to chase the sunrise dolphins. After breakfast, he snorkeled on Kashima. He could snorkel twice. Coach GoPro took a lot of video photos. It’s a long way, and there are eight or nine hours on the road.

Very good, the driver guide is very patient, the Chinese can speak Chinese, there is no obstacle to communication ～ very gentle, and my things are off the car and I sent them back for free 😭 I choose willy driver. The chartered boat chased the dolphins, luck burst, several dolphins chased our boat tour, super close, so lucky 👍

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!

The trip was wonderful. The transfer to the port and back was well organized and very convenient. On Nusa Penida we had an excellent driver-guide very friendly, pleasant to talk to, and knowledgeable Snorkeling was also a great experience: amazing spots, good weather, and clean, clear water. Everything was well arranged, and we really enjoyed the whole trip

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
