If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

You will travel on a spacious and comfortable coach that can accommodate approximately 40-65 passengers. The bus is equipped with free Wi-Fi and USB charging ports for your convenience.
Please note, no refund will be issued for this tour if the Northern Lights are not visible. However, you are welcome to rebook your trip and join a subsequent tour until you successfully witness the Northern Lights.
For comfort and environmental reasons, please bring your headphones. If needed, you can purchase headphones on board.
Departure time is subject to weather conditions. The tour includes the following:
August 15–24 and April 15–25 10:30 PM
Aug 25–Oct 15 and Mar 15–Apr 14, 9:30 PM
October 16–March 14, 8:30 PM

Dress code

Remember to dress appropriately for the weather. In Iceland, due to unpredictable weather changes, it's recommended to wear warm, waterproof clothing. Bring a waterproof jacket, pants, headwear, and gloves, as well as sturdy outdoor shoes. If needed, you can rent shoes and jackets when booking tours online.
