Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Side. (Boğaz, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu).
Pick up from the security gate outside your accommodation in or near Side.
The timings for the transfer may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
This tour is not suitable for pregnant travelers and travelers with back difficulties.

Travelers under the age of 18 can't drive their own Quad.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to attend this trip.
