David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.★

Chris and Millie were great and extremely helpful. Keep in mind, looking for kiwis is an extremely patient and slow process, and folks need to be aware you may or may not catch a glimpse of them. But we were able to see a couple pretty clearly, those little kiwis were really fast. Our group was great too, we all got along very well. Highly recommend this tour for kiwi spotting!
