Whale watching cruise

The whale-watching tour boat is enclosed. If you want to go outside the cabin to observe marine animals, please bring your own warm clothing.

May be canceled due to weather or other force majeure reasons. If canceled due to weather, full refund will be provided.

If you do not see whales due to irresistible factors such as weather, or if no whales are spotted after going out to sea, we will refund 80%.

Please arrive at Whaleway Station in Kaikoura according to your booked time slot. Late arrivals will be considered as NO SHOW, with no changes or refunds allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

Whale Watching by Fixed-Wing Aircraft/Helicopter

Due to platform restrictions, all free changes or cancellations for whale-watching flights must be requested at least 10 days in advance!!

2. For all flight programs, the flight must meet a certain group size requirement before it can take off.

③ [Whale Watching by Air] : No refunds or changes will be granted if whales are not sighted during the flight, as long as the flight operates on the scheduled day.

4. Late arrivals will be considered as NO SHOW, and no changes or refunds will be permitted. Please be advised!

5. The activity may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as weather conditions. If canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued. Since weather conditions cannot be predicted in advance, please call the activity company's contact number on the confirmation sheet before departure to confirm the flight status.
