How to use

Friendly reminder: After your booking is confirmed, the guide will notify you of the pickup time via phone call and SMS before 21:00 on the day before your trip. If you book after 23:00 on the day before departure, the guide will contact you around 7:50 AM the next morning. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

Hangzhou pick-up time: Morning pick-up arrangements start around 9 AM [covering areas east to Hangzhou East Railway Station, south to Fuxing Road, west to Hangzhou West Bus Station, and north to Hangzhou North Bus Station (excluding Xiasha, Yuhang, Xiaoshan, Binjiang, etc.)]. We adopt a sequential pick-up method from farthest to nearest locations. Delays may occur due to traffic congestion or delays with previous families, so we appreciate your understanding. If special circumstances prevent pick-up within the designated area, the guide will arrange for visitors to take a taxi to meet the group, with the fare covered by the guide. Please rest assured.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 3:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 7:00 AM on the day of date of use.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 7:00 AM on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
