[13:00~15:00] The desert safari vehicle will pick you up directly at your hotel (pick-up times vary by hotel zone, please wait at the hotel in advance to avoid delays).
[Around 16:00] Arrive at the desert meeting point, deflate the tires, and wait for the convoy to assemble. There are restrooms, lounges, and small shops available. You can also purchase tickets on-site for a half-hour self-drive off-road experience or ATV ride (optional paid activities).
[After 17:00] Embark on an exhilarating desert safari adventure. After the dune bashing, enjoy a photo session and take a moment to sit quietly on the sand, gazing at the sunset on the horizon. This experience transitions from thrilling excitement to serene sunset enchantment, creating a truly unique and memorable moment.
Around 17:45, the dune bashing activity concludes. We'll then stop by the desert edge to refill the vehicle tires and clean the sand inside the car before heading to the camp, which is approximately a 25-minute drive away.
Arrive at the camp around 18:30, where you can enjoy a free camel riding experience outside the camp (or pay extra for a longer ride, approximately 20 AED).
[After 19:00] Free performances and dinner are available in the camp (pre-dinner snacks around 19:30, main course around 20:00). Enjoy complimentary henna hand painting (or opt for paid custom designs), try Arabic shisha (approximately 60 AED per device), experience local ethnic culture, watch belly dance performances by Arabic dancers, and fire shows (performance types and numbers may vary depending on camp arrangements or holidays, subject to the camp's daily schedule).
[20:30-21:00] The show concludes, and guests will board the return vehicles arranged by camp staff to head back to their hotels, marking the end of their delightful Dubai desert safari adventure. Due to unpredictable road conditions, the estimated return time to hotels is around 22:00 (subject to change based on actual circumstances). It is not recommended to schedule other activities or flights for the same evening.

The specific time and license plate number will be notified to you around 1:00 PM on the day after the vehicle is assigned. Please wait at the hotel around 2:00 PM and keep your communication line open. The driver will arrive at the hotel between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM (this time may vary depending on the season, so please refer to the notification on the day). The pick-up order for join-in tours is arranged by the camp based on the hotels of different guests and cannot be specified. We will contact you via WeChat. To ensure all guests can enter the desert smoothly and on time without missing the sunset, the driver's waiting time usually does not exceed 15 minutes. If you are late or fail to show up due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver will leave directly. Any absence due to personal reasons will be at your own responsibility, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, for join-in tours, seat arrangements in the vehicle cannot be guaranteed (please negotiate with fellow passengers if needed, and politely decline if you are unwilling to change seats). Please rest in your room and wait patiently before the driver arrives.

*. According to local government regulations in Dubai, dune bashing vehicles are not allowed to stop at major shopping malls, airports, or tourist attractions, and violators will be fined. Therefore, pick-up and drop-off addresses are limited to hotels only.
*. Airport transfers are only available within the Dubai city hotel area. For transfers to other areas, please contact our online customer support for details.
*. License plate and driver information will be announced in the group immediately after vehicle arrangement at the campsite. Due to possible last-minute scheduling changes by the campsite, license plate and driver information may be updated. Our company will notify the group promptly upon receiving any updates. If the arriving vehicle differs from the information provided, please inquire in the group immediately for verification and resolution. We will address any discrepancies as soon as possible.
*. The dune bashing vehicle type is a 7-seater off-road vehicle with no fixed color. The vehicle type is typically a Land Cruiser, Patrol, or equivalent model. Specific models are not guaranteed and will be arranged by the camp on the day.
Under normal circumstances, the hotel transfer and dune bashing vehicle are the same, but there may be exceptions due to camp scheduling or special holiday arrangements where separate vehicles are assigned. The final arrangement will be notified on the day of the activity. We appreciate your understanding.
*. After placing an order, a group chat will be created for communication, where our day and night shift customer support teams are available. Our customer support operates 18 hours daily with both China and Dubai teams, providing service until 9:00 PM Dubai time.

*. The camp activities are scattered across different areas and require self-transportation to participate. If you cannot find any inclusions, please promptly consult the online customer support in the group chat. Any unutilized activities after the tour concludes will be considered voluntarily forfeited by the guest, and no partial refunds will be granted for this reason.
*. The tour duration may vary slightly due to urban traffic, convoy travel time, and other factors, and is subject to the actual itinerary on the day.
*. No join-in bookings for children under 3 (private charter only and parents must take care of their children). Children aged 3-11 enjoy child pricing. Same price as adults for ages 11 and above.

Pregnant women, individuals with severe illnesses, severe knee and bone diseases, acrophobia, mental and emotional disorders, physical disabilities, those who have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months, those with arm or leg injuries within the past 6 months, those with chronic back or neck pain, and those with other physiological or psychological conditions that may be aggravated, such as tension-related disorders, are not eligible for participation.
*. For any illnesses concealed by travelers or those induced by travelers' own reasons during the dune bashing activity, we will make every effort to assist travelers in seeking medical treatment. However, we shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the treatment or subsequent rehabilitation costs. We also will not compensate for any other travel activities affected as a result. Please be advised.
* It is recommended to wear casual and loose clothing in summer and a light jacket in winter. Sandals or flip-flops are acceptable for travel, with no specific requirements.
*. According to UAE tourism laws and for safety reasons, dune bashing guests are not allowed to bring suitcases of any size. Small personal bags are permitted but must be kept with you at all times. Guests are solely responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
*. Free activities in the campground: If anyone charges for services within the campground, it is purely an individual act. You have the right to refuse payment and can promptly contact customer support in the group chat for resolution if there is any miscommunication.
The campsite offers optional activities for an additional fee, with no mandatory purchases. Please check the prices before deciding whether to purchase. If unsure, you can take a photo and send it to our online customer support for confirmation to avoid misunderstandings. Please note that some packages do not include alcoholic beverages.
* If the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors such as vehicle breakdown or heavy rain during the journey, no compensation or refund of any form will be accepted unless the dune camp notifies cancellation or changes.
*. Hanna painting is free for simple hand designs, while more intricate or custom patterns may require an additional fee (specific pricing available on-site). Artists are typically female, and due to the specificities of Muslim culture, they may decline to paint male customers. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for local customs.
*. The hookah experience at the campsite is available for free trial only in designated areas. An additional fee applies if you wish to take it to your seat.
* The travel itinerary may be altered due to religious observances, holidays, or other reasons (specific activities are not regularly held) (primarily belly dancing, whirling dervish performances, and alcoholic beverages may be suspended during Ramadan).
*. The dune bashing vehicles are mobile and the desert camps have high visitor traffic. Please keep your valuables with you and do not leave them in the vehicle. In case of loss, we will assist in contacting relevant parties, but any costs and consequences will be the responsibility of the guest. If items are left in the vehicle or camp due to the guest's own negligence, we cannot guarantee recovery. If found and the driver needs to return the items to your hotel, a $30 service fee will be charged. Please take note.
*. Except under special circumstances, guests are not entitled to change their itinerary or sequence, and are not allowed to leave the group midway. As this is a shared transfer, seats are randomly assigned (if needed, please negotiate with fellow passengers; if unwilling to switch seats, please decline politely).
*. If you choose the join-in dune bashing, pick-up will be arranged based on your hotel location and the camp's vehicle schedule. Please wait patiently for the driver's arrival. For private charter, you can specify the pick-up time within the recommended hours provided by customer support.
*. The first meeting point camp will recommend optional ATV rides (ages 16-55 can drive ATVs for an additional fee, while ages 9-15 must be accompanied by an adult). ATV rides are optional activities (fees excluded) at the meeting point and are not mandatory. This activity is not recommended for non-professionals as it involves significant risks and does not include insurance.
