Diving experience information

For ages 10–60
Activity: includes coach, equipment, insurance, underwater photos
Duration: approx. 2 hrs, including changing equipment, instructor training, traveling to the snorkeling area, entering the water, and post-activity showers.
Time slots: 09:00 in the morning, 14:00 in the afternoon
Diving location: The shop will arrange based on the wind direction and waves of the day.
Diving offers free underwater photography services, with photos transferable via mobile or electronic files (AirDrop for iPhone, please bring a transfer cable or memory card for Android).
The coach will make adjustments based on the wind and wave conditions of the day. If there are any changes, you will be notified separately.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

If delays occur due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please proactively contact customer support. We will arrange a partial refund for you.
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minutes early to avoid delays in your subsequent itinerary. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
To protect marine ecology, please refrain from applying any sunscreen products.
Please wear a swimsuit or light clothing.
It is recommended not to take a flight within 24 hours after diving.
Avoid drinking alcohol and staying up late the night before and on the day of your trip.
Friends who wish to participate in the diving experience must first confirm they do not currently have any of the following conditions: heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, pregnancy, chest diseases, eardrum damage, or any surgery within the past six months. Once registered, your spot will be reserved. If you are female and may experience physical discomfort due to menstruation that could prevent you from diving, please refrain from signing up for now.
