Seasonal Pick-Up Schedule
April – October (Spring/Summer)
- Pickup: 10:00 PM night before tour date – 12:00 AM on the tour date
- Return: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM on tour day
Example: If your tour date is August 1st, pickup will be between 10:00 PM (July 31st) and 12:00 AM (August 1st)
November – March (Fall/Winter)
- Pickup: 11:00 PM night before the tour date – 1:00 AM on the tour date
- Return: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM on tour day
Example: If your tour date is November 1st, pickup will be between 11:00 PM (Oct 31st) and 1:00 AM (Nov 1st)

Important Information
- Minimum Travelers: A minimum of 4 travelers is required for the tour to operate. In case of fewer bookings, we may switch to a van without notice; no refunds or compensation will be provided for this change. If we do not meet minimum of travelers, we can cancel the tour or change the tour date.
- Tour duration: Approx. 18 hours (subject to traffic, weather, and Antelope Canyon schedule)
- Tour may occur between 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM depending on group assignment
- Horseshoe Bend hike: 1.5 miles round trip (2.4 km) in high heat during summer (up to 100°F / 38°C)
- No refunds or compensation for delays due to traffic, weather, or changes in vehicle type
- In rare cases, bus tours may be changed to van tours without notice if minimum requirements are not met
- Physical Requirements: Moderate walking is required at Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility, heart conditions, or heat sensitivity.
- Children Policy: Children under 5 are not allowed due to safety concerns. All children must have their own seat and be accompanied by an adult.
- Clothing & Footwear: Wear comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing, and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) especially in summer.
- Luggage Policy: Large luggage or suitcases are not allowed due to limited space. Please bring a small backpack or handbag only.
- Food & Drinks: Meals are not included. Please bring your own snacks and water. Lunch options are available for purchase at designated stops.
- Restrooms: Restroom stops will be made at regular intervals, but facilities at natural sites may be limited.
- Weather Advisory: Weather conditions in desert and canyon areas can be unpredictable. Be prepared for temperature swings between day and night.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance prior to the tour.
- Flight & Show Schedule Caution: If you are arriving in Las Vegas by flight before the tour, make sure your flight arrives at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We do not recommend booking flights or shows immediately after the tour, as delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
