Everything went great. We booked our trip on trip.com. All the addresses were correct. I just recommend arriving early. We arrived at 8:20 at the bus stop in central Ho Chi Minh City and were almost late, but everything went well. They waited for us and we boarded the bus safely, took us from the center to the eastern train station, and then headed to Mui Ne. The transfer was quick, and we were immediately escorted to the right bus. They just don't have buses from the center; they put you on a bus from there, take you to the train station, and it's about a 40-minute ride from the center, and then you get the intercity bus. But everything was very convenient, well organized, the price was great, and we really liked everything.★

Everything went great. I booked and paid through the secure payment system, and received a booking confirmation within 10-15 minutes. We arrived at the office 45 minutes later, received our ticket, waited a bit, and then were off. The seats were adjustable, all the lights worked, and there were two chargers. Overall, it was very comfortable.★

The boat trip was very comfortable. We arrived at the dock 30 minutes early, which was perfect. Boarding started 10 minutes before. We booked two days in advance, received a QR code the next day, and all we had to do was scan the QR code before boarding.★

This was the most satisfying bus ride of our trip to Vietnam. No need to take off shoes. Seeing other buses use large racks to collect everyone's slippers upon boarding and exiting, I knew I made the right choice.
The day before departure, the staff added us on WeChat and picked us up at the hotel. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, they even called a taxi to take us there.
The service was perfect.
