How to use
Register at ASIATIQUE The Riverfront at warehouse #7 between 06:00-7:10 P.M.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Child age between 4-10 years old and height not over 120 cm. will be charged at child rate.
- You come by yourself to meeting point.
- The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs).
- Please be in semi-formal clothing for this activity.
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
- Rate is NOT applicable for Loy Krathong Day (in Nov - date to be advised), Christmas Eve (Dec 24), Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year s Eve (Dec 31-01Jan).
- In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
