We were lucky to have perfect weather to hike Hua Shan! This is a beautiful, must-see natural wonder if you are in Xi’an. It’s most famous for the scenery, steepness, and cultural relevance as a training ground for martial artists. Our guide, Betty, took us around and shared the best views for us to see. A underrated and hidden gem near Xi’an!★

DO: Get tickets for the Camel Bell show. It's the best live show I've seen in China so far.
DON'T: Get tickets for the optional "An Army Reborn" show. Not worth the money, trust me.
The tour guide, Star, was very informative and communicated clearly. Tour was well organized, never rushed or boring. By far one of the best day tours you can do if you want to learn the history of these two locations. Both locations are mostly open-air, so make sure to dress for the weather and prepare for a reasonable amount of walking.★
