- If a participant is found ineligible for the activity on the activity day, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the traveler's booking without issuing a refund.
If sea conditions are normal, the activity will proceed as scheduled, even on a rainy day. If a traveler cancels due to rain, no changes or refunds will be issued.
· In case of force majeure such as typhoons or poor sea conditions, the organizer will cancel or reschedule the activity, and travelers will be notified via email.
· Due to force majeure factors such as weather or sea conditions, the itinerary may be temporarily suspended on that day. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please wear your swimwear under regular clothes before gathering. Male participants should wear board shorts or surfing shorts before gathering.
- Female participants who experience no physical discomfort during menstruation may use tampons to join this tour. ※No free cancellations or changes can be requested due to menstruation.
- Nearsighted people can bring their own daily disposable contact lenses.
- Guests prone to seasickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance, as it is not available for purchase on-site.
Participants under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or above, and the guardian must sign the registration form.
· After snorkeling, you can shower and wash up at the shop.
· If the traveler cannot arrive at the meeting point on time on the same day, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and no refund will be given.
· The organizer has the right to refuse participation in this itinerary for those who do not comply with staff instructions.
