What a wonderful tour and history of the witches of Edinburgh. The guide (I don't recall her name) was so lovely and friendly and obviously loves what she does. Visiting the "Lost Close" was a fantastic bonus hidden below the streets. Highly recommended 👌 ★

Great walking tour through the old town with a very lovely and knowledgeable tour guide. Loved every story she told! You not only visit places you might already heard of, but also those which are right there, but without particular knowledge you would never guessed there are even there. For me, the highlight of the tour would probably be the John Knox's tomb on the parking lot with a Tesla parked on top of it, quite love the picture as well, encapsulated the soul of Edinburgh quite neatly – an electro car on top of a 16th century politician and religious man in the backyard of an ancient cathedral. The tour guide also answers all questions and makes the tour extremely enjoyable. Totally worth it and highly recommend taking it, especially during your first days in Edinburgh, as it will help drastically later when you will walk the streets yourself and look at it with a new outlook.
